These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Myro (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and its AI-powered note-taking service (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.
1. Use of the Service
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
1.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
1.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes under Canadian law, to upload malicious content, or to interfere with the Service’s operations.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its content, design, and functionality, is owned by Myro and protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
3. Payment and Subscriptions
3.1 Subscriptions: Certain features of the Service may require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees in Canadian dollars (CAD).
3.2 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
3.3 Payment Information: All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Myro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
